Lawyers Fundraising for Children’s Cancer in Pub2Pub
O’Brien Connors & Kennett Lawyers (OCK Lawyers) are raising money for the Children’s Leukaemia & Cancer Research Foundation (Inc.) through the Pub2Pub Charity Fun Run & Festival in Sydney — which takes place on Sunday 27 August. Sponsor them.
Paige Day of O’Brien Connors & Kennett Lawyers explains why they are raising money for CLCRF this year.
“We chose to support the CLCRF because every child deserves a childhood full of happiness and laughter,” said Paige.
“The CLCRF plays an integral part in the treatment of children with cancer and we hope that our donation will assist their research better and provide a cure! If we can encourage at least one person to donate we know that this will make a huge difference.”
There are three course options catering to serious runners through to families: 13km, 6km and 3km. This is Sydney’s most scenic fun run, taking in many of the spectacularly beautiful Northern Beaches. A Family Festival is held at the Newport Beach finish line with live music, a licensed bar area, international food options and plenty of fun rides and games for the kids.
