Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter and gifts form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is not valid. Participation in this 40Kin40days Campaign (“Campaign”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is Children’s Leukaemia and Cancer Research Foundation (“CLCRF”).
  2. To enter the promotion, during the promotional period you must enter your details and subscribe to CLCRF e-newsletter through the relevant online competition landing page.
  3. Campaign is open to residents of Australia. People who nominate must be over 18 years of age. Employees of CLCRF, any CLCRF’s agencies associated with this campaign are ineligible to win.
  4. The promotion commences on Friday 21 May at 12.01am AWST and concludes on Tuesday 29 June 2021 11.59pm AWST (The promotional period). Judging will be finalised by 31 July 2021. Promoter reserves the right to alter the end date of the promotion as required.
  5. Gift is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash.
  6. This competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
  7. By entering you are subscribing to our newsletter and you agree to receive emails from us. You have the option to unsubscribe or change your subscription at any time. Your email data will never be sold to another company although your email may be provided to the ‘trade partner’ providing the gift. You will be consenting to receive SMS and email marketing from Springfree Trampoline Aust Pty Ltd”. If you are not willing for this to occur you cannot participate in the promotion.
  8. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be eligible to win the gift.
  9. Multiple entries are not permitted. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
  10. The winner will be notified via their contact details as submitted at the time of campaign entry, and the gift recipients will be contacted via a CLCRF employee.
  11. CLCRF is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  12. CLCRF reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to the utilisation of techniques to make multiple entries or for submitting an entry which is not otherwise in accordance with these conditions of entry.
  13. Entrant details become the property of CLCRF. All details will be held in accordance with Children’s Leukaemia and Cancer Research Foundation Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting www.childcancerresearch.com.au
  14. CLCRF’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. If a gift remains unclaimed for 2 months after the draw, despite CLCRF’s best efforts to contact a winner, then CLCRF may conduct an unclaimed gift draw at the same time and place as the original draw to distribute the unclaimed gift. The first valid entry announced will win. Any winner in such a draw will be notified via their contact details as submitted at the time of campaign entry within 48 hours of the draw.  The redraw prize selection process will take place in September 2021 if required.
  16. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of CLCRF which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, CLCRF reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. CLCRF may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
  17. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into CLCRF’s database. CLCRF is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. CLCRF is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Promotion.
  18. Entrants release Facebook from all liability in relation to the Campaign. Entrants acknowledge that this Campaign is in no way sponsored; endorsed or administered by or associated with Facebook and that any information provided by entrants is provided to CLCRF and not to Facebook.
