Terms and Conditions

  1. Information on how to enter and gifts form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is not valid. Participation in this VIP Rhythms of Life ticket giveaway (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is Child Cancer Research Foundation (“CCRF”).
  2. To enter the promotion, during the promotional period you must enter your details and follow the instructions stated in the relevant posts on the competition’s landing page.
  3. The winner is randomly selected from either the paid posts and/or the organic posts from CCRF social media pages.
  4. Promotion is open to residents of Australia. People who nominate must be over 18 years of age. Employees of CCRF, any CCRF’s agencies associated with this campaign are ineligible to win.
  5. The promotion commences on Monday 31 Jan 2022 at 16:00PM AWST and concludes on Monday 14 Feb 2022 16:00PM AWST (The promotional period). Judging will be finalised by 16 Feb 2022. Promoter reserves the right to alter the end date of the promotion as required.
  6. Gift is non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash.
  7. This competition is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
  8. By entering our competition, you agree to receive emails from us. You have the option to unsubscribe or change your subscription at any time. Your email data will never be sold to another company. If you are not willing for this to occur you cannot participate in the promotion.
  9. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be eligible to win the gift.
  10. Multiple entries are not permitted. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
  11. The winner will be notified via their contact details as submitted at the time of promotion entry, and the gift recipients will be contacted via a CCRF employee.
  12. The winner selected must reside in Western Australia.
  13. CCRF is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  14. CCRF reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any individual entrant or group of entrants for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to the utilisation of techniques to make multiple entries or for submitting an entry which is not otherwise in accordance with these conditions of entry.
  15. Entrant details become the property of CCRF. All details will be held in accordance with Children’s Leukaemia and Cancer Research Foundation Privacy Policy which can be accessed by visiting

If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of CCRF which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, CCRF reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. CCRF may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
  18. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into CCRF’s database. CCRF is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. CCRF is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Promotion.
